1. With the participation in this service, you agree to our terms.
2. The advertisements may not have, in formulation or in means of content, illegal purpose.
3. Travel-Live reserves itself the right to reject advertisements, to change or completely delete them, and reserves the right to exclude individual advertisers from participation.
4. Travel-Live is not liable for any damages that occur due to false advertising.
5. Travel-Live only conveys information. The advertiser is responsible for the validity and legality of the offer. The identity of the advertiser is not examined by us.
6. Travel-Live is not responsible for damages which develop from the abuse of the conveyed data.
7. All information, trade marks, texts, programs and pictures are subject to copyright. They are, as far as no other retention of title size, property of Fewo-Live. Subsequent treatment and use in media of all kinds are permitted only with previous written permission by Travel-Live.
8. In particular the advertisements are regarded as mental property. They may not be published individually or wholly in other Internet sites or in other forms of media.
9. Terms of contract. If the contract has not been canceled in writing or by e-mail within 10 days before expiration of the posting cycle, the contract will be extended according to the previous posting cycle.
10. Payments. The payment is to be made immediately within the next 10 days after receiving the bill. The indicator costs of posting cycle are due in advance and cannot be proportionately returned.
11. Should one of the managing conditions be invalid for any reason, the effectiveness of the other regulations will not be effected by it.
